Snowy Mountains Conferences

Habitats Chalet is the perfect location for small conferences of up to about 20 people.  We set up a conference area in the main lounge and guests stay twin share.  Our rural location keeps the team together but provides ample space for guests to disperse when required. The roomy central lounge allows small groups to break off for individual discussions.

We often work in conjunction with Wild Brumby Distillery and can offer a conference space on their premises as an alternative and a number of catering options.  A sample package for approx 20 guests follows:

Two nights’ accommodation twin share cabin accommodation with full breakfast each morning

First evening – private function dinner from 6pm at Wild Brumby Distillery just down Wollondibby Road.

Second evening buffet style meal at Habitat Chalet followed by bonfire )providing conditions are ok).

Conference space in the lounge area with tables and seating for up to 20, BYO projectors and conference facilities.  Water, coffee and tea making facilities, afternoon tea on day of arrival, morning tea and lunch on day 2 (suggest activity on afternoon of day 2).  Check out after breakfast on day 3.

We can also package up off site activities – why not catch the chairlift to the top of Thredbo and the team walks to the top of Mount Kosciuszko?
